The visual style needed to bring together the existing retail space and the planned minimal and modern residential tower in a cohesive way.
We focused on the theme of Contemporary Urban Living, to convey why The Courtyard with its diverse offer is the best place for young professionals seeking a well balanced city life.
Through the minimal yet vibrant look-and-feel we’ve built an identity that is both modern and stylish. The logo represents The Courtyard as a space of dualities, the dynamic split and contrasting colours emphasise the diverse offer.
The triangles from the logo are used as a mosaic holding device for imagery that conveys the fact that The Courtyard is a place to do everything, at any time — making the essence of urban living a reality.
