In order to enter the market as a fresh, committed and personal service, it was essential for us to understand where WhiskHampers had it’s origins. We therefore delved into their world to map out brand values and a set of characteristics which the company, once up and running, would adhere to in order to create a seamless customer experience.
The ‘whisking’ marque was created to signify the energy and commitment behind the brand. The slick, professional white space cropping into the marque reassures the customer that Whisk is knowledgeable and informed and will deliver the best products on time and in perfect condition.
As well as the initial design work, Interstate also played a consultancy role throughout this project, advising on brand positioning and projection, through all possible marketing and communication paths.
