Fiat Click was the name given to an online sales portal aimed at particular 'open points' in Birmingham as a trial city.
Fiatclick.co.uk offered customers full model range sales, finance, test drive bookings, delivery and aftersales from the comfort of their home or office.
As the Fiat 500 is such a strong element of the current Fiat UK brand this was used to direct much of the creative on the site. The proposition had to operate with a Fiat 500 tone of voice, simple, stylish, speedy, smiling and surprising and above all easy and fun - buying a new Fiat was now only a few clicks away.
We liaised with and directed both marketing and advertising agencies on the Fiat Click brand, creating guidelines for colour, font usage, graphic language, 3D and interiors, developing schemes for a Fiat Click 'pop-up' store.
