After two years operating with their brand positioning website, a spellbinding story of charm and adventure which gathered much PR and customer attention, WhippetGrey tasked Interstate with refreshing and updating the entire brand experience on-line, to launch a fully functional e-commerce website to offer their customers the ability to purchase products online. As designers themselves, WhippetGrey wished to make their delightful products the heroes of the website therefore we created a subtle colour palette of grey tones, allowing every product the visual clearance
it needs to showcase itself and create impact.
The infinite horizon that the grey vignette fabricates
adds to the sense of depth and the illusion that there is more to discover beyond the limitations of the physical computer screen.

For the client to manage and populate the website going forward, a bespoke CMS system was designed, maximising usability and functionality
Our previous design for the WhippetGrey website was inspired by the earliest form of interactivity - 14th century pop-up books
The response to the site was remarkable, praised by Sunday newspapers, customers and businesses and shortlisted for a 2007 New York Festivals Award
