Solstice was established in 1998 by former Michelin star winner and Carlton London Chef of the Year, Philip Britten. After some twenty years taking the heat in the kitchen, Philip identified a niche for finding, selecting and preparing the very best fruit and vegetables for the UK’s finest restaurants.
Philip has long been passionate about the power
of flavour and knows instinctively what is required
to achieve the very best produce. With this combination and a commitment from some
of London’s most famous eating destinations,
Solstice was well placed to flourish but lacked
its own identity and visual language, which is
where we came in.
