Amwaj truly is island life...the way it should be.

Amwaj, meaning waves, is a $1 billion island reclamation and development project in the Arabian Gulf. The concept was conceived in 2001 by three local businessmen who recognised the opportunity to offer waterside living to the people of Bahrain. The result was an island covering an area of 30 million square feet housing a mixture of residential neighbourhoods with commercial districts, leisure resorts and a population of approximately 30,000 people. Initially the project's resources focussed on the island's infrastructure.

As the islands developed however, little progress had been made in the area of brand and communications. We therefore prepared our observations and recommendations for the directors, who embraced the plan and initiated the rebranding.
