Fiat Click is a new concept in vehicle retailing, aiming to make buying a new Fiat as easy and enjoyable as possible. Working exclusively online, customers can create their own custom built car or buy from a large stock of popular models as well as organising test drives and finance deals.
Full quantitative and qualitative research studies were carried out to establish key demographic profiles and e-commerce familiarity which then influenced customer journey and final Fiat Click interface.
Initially only available for people who live or work in Central to South East Birmingham, it is planned to be available to the rest of the country.
Interstate was in charge of the overall Fiat Click website's design and user interface and produced visual guidelines that were provided to the development team, detailing the build and variations of each interface elements as well as the overall construction.
