Fiat Click was the name given to an online sales portal aimed at particular 'open points' in Birmingham as a trial city.
Fiatclick.co.uk offered customers full model range sales, finance, test drive, delivery and aftersales from the comfort of their home or office.
As the Fiat 500 is such a strong element of the current Fiat UK brand this was used to direct much of the creative on the site. The proposition had to operate with a Fiat 500 tone of voice, simple, stylish, speedy, smiling and surprising and above all easy and fun - buying a new Fiat was now only a few clicks away.
We liased with and directed both marketing and advertising agencies on the Fiat Click brand, creating guidelines for colour, font usage, graphic language, 3D and interiors, developing schemes for a Fiat Click 'pop-up' store.
Keywords and brand-thinking aided the brand pillars of such a pioneering automotive product.
The Fiat online experience had to align with Fiat and it’s Values. ‘Click’ was the favoured name to carry forward after extensive focus group research.

The entire project scope was mapped out to ensure brand coherence and consistency at all touchpoints.
Naturally, the primary application was the Fiat Click website. A set of guidelines, introducing the corporate typeface and graphic palette allowed areas such as the retail unit in Birmingham and subsequent press advertising to be consistent.
