Expresso caffé bars GmbH is a coffee shop originally set to open in the middle of Munich’s hustling and bustling Hauptbanhof, with long-term plans of unrolling across all of Germany’s main railway stations. Positioned in a fast paced environment with a daily average of 350,000 passengers passing through, capturing people’s attention was imperative.

The founder Thomas Felbermair, nurturing a real passion for coffee approached Interstate with the challenge of developing a brand that embraces real coffee culture on-the-go. The name, a word play combining express service with the love for real espresso cleverly captures the essence of the brand. Expresso is the trendy new fast-service coffee shop, for people who live hectic lives and love coffee.
